After roughly ten ages together, the NeXT alliance has disbanded. The current leaders of NeXT decided it was inevitable and felt that disbandment was in the best interest of all of their kingdoms. The NeXT leaders described the alliance as a community that was based around friendship, the social aspect of utopia and participation. Johnnywonder explained, saying that “the community aspect is declining, and if we can revive and/or rejuvinate even a portion of the current 15K players, then more than possibly it can feed life back into a declining game." The kingdoms that shared this vision and joined the alliance were Realms, Kamikaze, G.I.R.L.S, Soul Collectors and RandomGathering.
